This tour will feature anecdotes about prime ministers, fathers of confederation, businessmen, writers, inventors and civil servants who lived along Daly Ave. in Sandy Hill. This walk showcases the Prime Ministers' Row initiative to recognize the ten prime ministers who have lived in Sandy Hill.

We'll meet at Besserer House at 149 Daly, (northeast corner of Daly & King Edward.  From there, we will go east on Daly Ave. to Wurtemberg, and then head north to finish at Macdonald Gardens, near the Turkish Embassy. 

About the walk leader

François Bregha has lived in Sandy Hill for over thirty years. He has researched the lives of fifty notable residents of Sandy Hill, including ten prime ministers, fathers of confederation, prominent businessmen, civil servants and others, focusing on their years in Sandy Hill.
