Re-imagining Stittsville Main St.

Photo: Jane's Walk along Stittsville Main St, 2016

On this walk we'll explore the past, present and future of Stittsville Main Street. Stittsville is in the midst of a transition from a rural village to a bustling suburban centre, and at the heart of all the action is the historic Stittsville Main Street. Once a stop along the railway, a number of new shops and developments are at the forefront of a new era for the historic part of the village. We'll visit some of these new developments and hear ideas about what the street could become in the future.
