Burritt's Rapids: Yoga With the Locals

Need a sweet way to wake up on Sunday morning? Join the villagers for some community Kundalini, led by local instructor Susan Foley. 

Happy weather?  Outdoor yoga. Sad weather? Indoor yoga.

Please bring your own mat & water bottle.

Meet in front of the hall: we'll know you by your yoga mat and spandex! If the weather is dry and warmish, class will be held outdoors at Swing Bridge Park on the banks of the Rideau Canal. If the weather is sloppy and/or cold, class will be held indoors at the Community Hall.

The Community Hall is located at 23 Grenville St. in Burritt's Rapids.

Please note: the village has no bank machine or other services.

About the walk leader

Susan is a local Kundalini teacher who has just completed her year of seva (service). She is a decorative artist who infuses all aspects of her life with creativity. Check out her work at www.susanfoleyfloorcloths.com
