Agnes Macdonald and St. Alban's Church

St. Alban's Church at Daly & King Edward in Sandy Hill is Ottawa's oldest surviving church building.  Many of Canada's political leaders attended St. Alban's, including Sir John A. Macdonald and his wife Agnes.   This walk will focus on the life of Agnes Macdonald and her involvement with the church and its social ministries in the 19th century.
