Wild Food in the City: Urban Foraging
Herbalist and forager Amber Westfall returns to share her passion about wild and weedy plants. Together you will discover the edible and medicinal properties of the many common weeds that grow in the region. We'll cover topics such as how to identify wild plants, their edible, medicinal, and other traditional uses, as well as proper harvesting and processing practices, methods of preparation, and ethical wildcrafting. Come out and meet the weeds!
