Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
allsaints event space is a community-driven project to preserve a beautiful stone Anglican Church that was home to Canada’s only Royal wedding, and the State funeral of Prime Minister Borden. Built in 1900, with its stain-glass windows and WWI war memorials, allsaints now hosts weddings, conferences, music, private events, as well as a small licensed café, artists’ studios, and an historical research firm called Know History. Leanne will take you on a tour of the building, describing how a partnership between businesses and local residents is working to save a neighbourhood icon. Leanne will also offer a sneak preview of how the property is expected to be developed over the coming years.
Meet at The Guild Room Café, inside the allsaints complex. You can enter from either 10 Blackburn Ave. or 317 Chapel St. through the parking lot. The tour will take us around the building, and return to The Guild Room Café at the end.
