Tap the Magic Tree - story and walk

Description

Bettyehyde_tapthemagictree

We will meet at Bettye Hyde Co-op Early Learning Centre  for a reading of the book Tap the Magic Tree by Christie Matheson. We will then take a short walk through the neighbourhood to look at some of the trees and hear what our preschoolers had to say about them. This will be a tour of our neighbourhood through the eyes of the children who live in it.

Note:  Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Route

We'll walk two blocks south on Blackburn, then one block east on Templeton, one block north on Goulburn, one block west on Somerset, and one block north on Blackburn back to our starting point.
